Price Matching Promise

We pride ourselves on providing value for money products, however on some occasions you may find the same item cheaper elsewhere.

If you do find the exact same product cheaper elsewhere within 4 days of your purchase, please email us at - customer-services@shhhlingerie.co.uk stating where you saw the cheaper item and we will refund the difference.

In addition we will send you a unique discount code which will give you a further 5% off your next order with Shhh Lingerie.

To qualify for the Price Matching Promise.

We cannot price match against non UK based wesbite (including channel islands).

We cannot price match against auction type website, as it is impossible to predict the final price.

We cannot price match if you have used a discount voucher.

Delivery

All products are shipped discreetly in brown package with absolutely no indication as to the contents. All goods that are dispatched are sent by a recorded insured service. This means goods will not be left on the door step or with neighbours. This enables a fully discreet service and keeps our customers confidentiality intact. Goods that are in stock are dispatched within 24 hours. If for any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to dispatch the goods within 7-14 days, but realistically this is much quicker. If there is a manufacturing delay with any products, you will be notified by email as soon as we are aware.

Orders placed on Friday, may arrive on Saturday or the following Monday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Returns and Refunds

Shhh... Lingerie wants you to be pleased with your purchase, that's why we have a no fuss returns policy.

If for any reason you are not completely happy, you may exchange UNUSED and UNOPENED products within 30 days for alternative items or a refund.

All refunds issued will be for the returned items only, delivery charges are refunded only if goods are faulty, damaged prior to delivery or incorrectly delivered.

For reasons of hygiene please do not open items that you wish to send back, as we regret that we cannot exchange fault-free items once the packaging has been opened.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days from the date you recieve your order. No questions asked.

If we have already dispatched your order, a full refund will be given minus any shipping costs on the return of the goods. If goods have been dispatched by courier and you fail to pick the parcel up, if it is then returned to us and you then cancel your order, additional charges will be incurred by us from our courier firm, these will be deducted from your refund.

If you received free shipping then the actual shipping cost will not be refunded on the return of the goods.

Defective Items

When an item is operated by batteries, we recommend that you check using a different set of batteries. Check that they are fitted correctly and positioned to connect with electrical points before returning such items.

If the product is defective, please explain the fault in a covering letter and return it with its original packaging, all manuals and accessories (if available) for a full refund or replacement.

Goods can be exchanged or refunded up to 30 days of any defect. After 30 days an exchange will only be available.

All returned products are tested and will be sent back to you at your expense if they are found to be working.

Please clean the items before returning.

Clothing

Health and Hygiene restricts what we can and can't do in respect to returning intimate items of Lingerie.

What we can say, is that if you try any clothing on and it's not quite right or it's not what you expected, please return the item in the condition you received it and we will refund or exchange the item for you.

If an item is returned and found to have been overly handled and not in the pristine condition we sent it in, then health and hygiene restricts us offering an exchange or refund and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Personal items such as items with a crotch area cannot be exchanged or refunded.

DVD's, Books Magazines

We cannot accept returns of DVDs if their seal is broken.

Time Scales

Any refunds or exchanges are dealt with on the day of their return - Guaranteed.

Returning an Item

We advise you to send goods using recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss of your parcel on the way back to us.

If you are returning an item because it is defective, or because of a mistake on our part, please contact us and we will provide you with a free post returns address.

If exchanging or returning an item of clothing because it doesn't fit, please return with a covering letter to: -

Remember, all goods are dispatched in a plain packaging and are sent recorded delivery so they can't be left on the doorstep or handed to others.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
